New Country Club Hills Gymnasium ID’s 

Effective February 1, 2007, the City of Country Club Hills and the Parks and Recreation Department will be introducing the new gymnasium identification system.

Under this program, Open Gym users will be required to show the new identification card to gain access to the gym. Your gym identification card will also enable you to rent equipment while at the gym and your card will be held as security.

Cards can be purchased at City Hall.  However, the gymnasium photo identification cards will be issued at the Community Recreation Center with a paid receipt.

The cost of the gym passes will be as follows:

Resident Children:             Ages up to 18       (*)           

Resident Adults:  Ages over 18 (*)

 (*)  Must provide proof of residency (utility bill) or School ID for students

 (**) Resident Children are admitted at a daily rate of $1.00 (per visit), with an Active Gymnasium ID Card purchased by the parent at a one time cost of $5.00 per card.

 (***) Resident Adults are admitted at a daily rate of $2.00 (per visit), with an Active Gymnasium ID Card purchased at a one time cost of $5.00 per card.

 Gym fees paid in cash will no longer be accepted after this date for all other patrons!

Non Resident Children:  Ages up to 18

Non Resident Adults:      Ages over 18

Remember:  Food, Drinks and Outside Shoes are never permitted in the gym!

PARTICIPANTS MUST BRING ADDITIONAL PAIR OF SHOES FOR PLAY!!

SHOES WORN IN FROM OUTSIDE ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE GYM FLOOR!
